I generally draw using traditional techniques, such as paper and pencil with markers or colored pencils since I suck hard at digital artwork.
I also make papercrafts if I have the time and want to put something nice for show in my room.
Currently, I draw My Little Pony related work.

2nd midterm = WTFPWN

I took my 2nd midterm today, this time for Sociology 100.
Got a 90% on it. :D (I did extra credit, so it's actually 91%)
Must be because I actually studied for once. Hey, maybe this studying thing isn't so bad.
All I did for Sociology was devote maybe 3 hours a week or so for flashcard studying and alternating every other day. This is actually way under the recommended amount of study professors actually want you to do for their classes (for every 1 hour of class = 2 hours of studying, so that would be 6 hours since I have the class 3 times a week, which is TWICE the amount I'm doing).

It seems all the quizzes and tests we do are on the computer and they are multiple-choice, so the test was kinda easy, I guess.
Anyways, I did my Human Health exam today and got an 80%, which I think is pretty good for not really studying much at all. All I did was pay attention in class, do the assigned readings, and looked over the material real quick right before taking the test.
Tomorrow I've got another midterm, for Sociology 100. I've actually been studying for this one because there are A LOT of terms to memorize, unlike Health where it's mostly stuff I knew already and common sense.
So my overall impression of college so far...

I actually don't really consider myself that good at art, I've just been drawing for longer so I have accumulated more practice.

Talent goes hand in hand with practice. From this, we can draw two conclusions:
1. You are good at art, whether you're going to admit it or not. Don't put yourself down. I wish I could draw like you can. I need to sit down and practice sometime.
2. If you like writing, you should try it, even if you don't think you're good at it. Make something and get feedback. How else are you going to be able to practice?
Talent goes hand in hand with practice. From this, we can draw two conclusions:
